+Use the search bar to search by name, or explore the interactive map on the home page.
Do I need to register to use the app?
+No, you can browse restaurants without registering. However, creating an account allows you to save favorites and leave reviews.
How does the review system work?
+After visiting a restaurant, you can leave a star rating, a written review, and up to 10 photos to help other users make informed decisions.
Can I save restaurants I like?
+Yes, click the heart icon on any restaurant card or profile page to save it. Your saved restaurants are available under "Saved Restaurants" in your account menu.
What if I see an inappropriate or offensive review?
+You can report inappropriate reviews, and our moderation team will review them promptly.

How do I update my restaurant information?
+Go to "Restaurant Management" from your dashboard menu, where you can update your details, add gallery images, adjust opening hours, and manage your sustainability assessment.
Can I manage more than one restaurant?
+Yes, you can add and manage multiple restaurants from a single account. To add a new restaurant, click "List a new restaurant" in the navigation menu.
How do I register my restaurant in the system?
+Click "List Your Restaurant" in the navigation, then select "Get Started Free" to create your listing. You will need to fill in your restaurant's name, email address, location, short description and main photo to get started. You can also add optional details such as your phone number, website, more photos, opening hours, cuisine and meal types, price level, social media links and etc.
How do I showcase my restaurant's sustainability practices?
+Complete the sustainability assessment in Restaurant Management to earn badges in the Food, Energy, Waste, and Social categories. Badges are displayed on your public profile and can highlight practices such as organic sourcing, vegetarian and vegan menus, and more.
How do I see feedback from guests?
+Guest reviews and ratings are displayed on your restaurant's public profile page, visible to you and all visitors.
